TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FPL Handler ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the FPL Handler website, dashboard, terminal applications, APIs, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By clicking "Get Started", creating an account, linking your Fantasy Premier League profile, or accessing any paid feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

FPL Handler is an analytics engine designed to assist Fantasy Premier League managers in optimising squad decisions. Our Services include, but are not limited to: Line-Up Builder, Captain Finder, Bench Analyser, Price Predictor, and Wildcard Builder.

We provide mathematical models, simulations, and data-driven recommendations based on publicly available FPL data and proprietary algorithms. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, point total, rank improvement, or competitive advantage. Fantasy Premier League is a game of skill and chance; our outputs are probabilistic guidance, not financial or sporting advice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To access certain features, you must create an account and link your Fantasy Premier League team ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used to impersonate another person.

You may not share your account credentials with third parties, resell access to your account, or use automated scripts (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access the Services outside of our official API or authorised interfaces. Violation of this provision will result in immediate termination without refund.

You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited by these Terms, or dangerous to our infrastructure or other users. Specifically, you may not:

• ×Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our algorithms, models, or applications.
• ×Use the Services to build a competing product, data warehouse, or aggregation service without written permission.
• ×Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our servers, networks, or APIs.
• ×Submit false or misleading information, including fabricated FPL team IDs or payment details.
• ×Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or other users through any communication channel.

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of subscription fees, and legal action where appropriate.

All content, code, algorithms, visual design, trademarks, and data compilations provided through the Services are the exclusive property of FPL Handler or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial FPL management purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• —Copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Services outside of normal usage.
• —Create derivative works based on our algorithms, outputs, or interface designs.
• —Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Your FPL team data remains your property. We claim no ownership over your Fantasy Premier League squad, transfer history, or league standings.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any recommendations generated will result in FPL points, rank improvements, or mini-league victories. You acknowledge that FPL is subject to real-world sporting events beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FPL Handler and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent payment activity, abusive behaviour, or extended periods of inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing fplhandler@gmail.com with the subject "ACCOUNT TERMINATION". Data deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, under the rules of the Lagos Court of Arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from the Services must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim accrues, or it is permanently barred.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a dashboard banner at least 14 days before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services and cancel your subscription.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
